<span style="color: #222222;">Congress President Sonia Gandhi today said that the party has repeatedly urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi that there is no alternative to Testing, Tracing and Quarantine to tackle COVID-19.<br />'' <br />'' Addressing Congress working Committee meeting via video conferencing, Ms Gandhi said, it is unfortunate that testing still remains low and testing kits are still in short supply and of poor quality. She said, 12 crore jobs have been lost in the first phase of the lockdown and unemployment is likely to increase further as economic activity remains at a standstill.<br />'' <br />'' Ms Gandhi further said, it is imperative to provide at least 7,500 rupees to each family to tide over this crisis. She said, migrant labourers are still stranded and they must be provided with food security and a financial safety net.</span><br />
