In Pune, the Income-Tax Department conducted an inquiry at the Pune Warriors India office located at Subrata Roy Sahara Stadium. The details of the investigations are awaited.

The enquiry follows a sting operation where some players of Pune Warriors allegedly took money for spot-fixing during the IPL matches. The money has allegedly been paid in cash . Income Tax officials have said that players shown in the sting operation could also be questioned.
