In Pune, the Income-Tax Department conducted an enquiry at the Pune Warriors India office on Wednesday. The enquiry follows a sting operation where some Pune Warriors India players allegedly took money for spot-fixing during the IPL matches.

AIR correspondent reports, enquiry has been conducted at Pune Warriors office located at Subrata Roy Sahara Stadium in Pune.

Income Tax officials hinted out possible enquiry of some players also who allegedly involved in spot fixing during IPL matches.

IPL match fixing controversies have raised serious questions on its credibility and it would be a tough time for the players and organizers to remove the suspicious atmosphere around them.
