IT authorities seal Koda’s office-cum-residence

The Income Tax authorities on Wednesday sealed the office-cum-residence of former Chief Minister of Jharkhand Madhu Koda who has been embroiled in the alleged hawala transaction and illegal investments running into more than 2,000 crore rupees<br/><br/>The Enforcement Directorate and Income Tax officials are scrutinizing documents relating to alleged purchase of a coal mine in Liberia, hotels in Mumbai and Thailand, properties and companies across the country.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, the condition of Koda is stated to be stable who was admitted in a private hospital in Ranchi on Tuesday.
