India has reiterated its stand on Jammu and Kashmir saying that all outstanding issues between India and Pakistan should be resolved bilaterally and peacefully. In reply to a question on the reported discussion on the matter in British Parliament, External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Vikas Swarup said, the issues between India and Pakistan should be resolved bilaterally as per Simla agreement and Lahore declaration. <br/><br/>He said, there is no place for third party intervention in the matter.<br/><br/>To a question on Nuclear Suppliers' Group, NSG membership, Mr Swarup said, India does not want the membership as a gift but on the basis of its own non- proliferation record.
