The Indian Space Research Organisation – ISRO is gearing itself for launching the Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle GSLV-D6 Thursday afternoon from the national spaceport at Sriharikotta. <br/><br/>The three-stage rocket with indigenously made Cryogenic Upper Stage is set to take off at 16:52 hours carrying the heavy communication satellite GSAT-6 and put it into its transfer orbit.
