The Indian Space Research organisation began this year with a historic feat in world space science by sending 104 satellites through PSLV C 37 today. All the satellites were placed in the destined orbit in approximately 28 minutes according to the data received from various mission control centres. This unique mission has put India on the pedestal of space technology missions at reasonable prices paving way for commercial success. Implementing innovation, attempting state of the art technical experiments have now become the order of the day in Indian space science. <br/><br/>Dr. Kiran Kumar, Chairman, ISRO told that today's mission was cost effective and the best of service was provided to the international customers. Our correspondant reports that today's achievement was possible because of the untiring team work of scientists at ISRO. They have also been checking out with the exact requirements for sending nano satellites of international customers and hence the project had worked out.<br/>The Director of Mission Chandrayaan -2, Dr. N.Annadurai said that the first mission was only to send an orbiter but the second mission will be to send a lander which will land on the surface of the moon and the rover will collect the data.<br/>Director of Mission PSLV C 37 Jayakumar said that it was an enjoyable mission because of team effort. Director Sivan told that it was this toughest mission which had more than 5000 combinations and stressful manoevures.<br/>Director of ISRO P Kunhikrishnan said that this year's first launch was to be inscribed in golden letters in the space history of India. The organisation has a target to send three satellites in the first half of 2017. Apart from these, studies on sending second mission to Mars, a new mission to venus and study on asteroids have begun and a project would be sent to the concerned Ministry for further action.<br/>Surging ahead in complex technical missions, ISRO has once again proved that they are unstoppable and will continue with their feats with responsibility. The young team of scientists who worked out the formula for sending a record number of satellites are raring to undertake more adventures with high precision till 12 to 18 launches per year for becoming self reliant in space science.
