The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is gearing itself for the launch of India's sixth exclusive navigation satellite tomorrow from the second launch pad of Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikotta. Chairman of the national space agency AS Kirankumar told media persons at the Chennai Airport that the countdown process that started on Tuesday morning is progressing smoothly. <br/><br/>The versatile rocket PSLV C-32 will launch the satellite IRNSS 1F at 4 pm tomorrow. The filling up of fuel in the rocket PSLV's liquid stages and system checks are going on as part of the countdown process. The launch vehicle PSLV C32 is set to carry the 1425 kilogram satellite within 20 minutes 12 seconds after its ignition on Thursday. <br/><br/>The satellite has navigation and ranging payloads and its planned mission life is 12 years. It will help India establish her home grown satellite navigation system consisting of a constellation of seven satellites.
