The Indian Space Research Organization, ISRO has successfully conducted the scramjet engine test this morning from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikotta in Andhra Pradesh. <br/><br/>The national space agency said, the test has met all the intended parameters. The newly developed scramjet engine has been testlaunched onboard a RH 560 sounding rocket at 6 am. With this, India has joined a select league of nations holding the promising technology.
