Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will reach Cairo on Tuesday for talks with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on Middle East peace process. According to Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Abul Gheit, the discussions will focus on ways to advance peace efforts and reach a fair settlement on the Palestinian refugee problem and East Jerusalem. The Israeli premier in a speech before Israeli diplomats on Monday said that he wanted to resume negotiations in the near future. Netanyahu last month announced a 10-month moratorium on new housing projects in Jewish settlements in the occupied West Bank in a hope to restart the peace talks suspended during the Gaza war. But Palestinians have rejected the moratorium, saying it fell far short of their demand for a complete halt of settlement activity.<br/>
