Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has condemned the twin bombings in Turkey in which 38 people were killed and more than 160 injured in Istanbul.<br/><br/>At the same time, he has called on Turkey to speak out against attacks in Israel. In a statement, at the start of a Cabinet meeting, Mr Netanyahu said the fight against terrorism must be mutual. <br/><br/>Turkey declared a one-day mourning after twin blasts ripped through the heart of Istanbul.<br/><br/>Earlier, Turkey and Israel agreed to normalise ties in June after a bitter diplomatic rift over the Jewish state's 2010 deadly storming of a Turkish ship bound for Gaza.
