Israel Defence Forces on Saturday arrested a top Hamas official in Ramallah who was suspected of leading military cells responsible for the murder of more than 70 Israelis over the years. According to Israeli daily Haaretz, Mahar Udda has been wanted in Israel for over a decade for his alleged involvement in terror activities. He was one of the founding members of Hamas and built the movement's military cell in the West Bank in the early 1990s. <br/><br/>
