An Israeli Court has found former President Moshe Katsav guilty of rape and other sex crimes against three women. The three-judge panel in Tel Aviv said on Thursday, Mr. Katsav's version of events was riddled with lies and convicted him on two counts of rape and molesting or sexually harassing two other women. Mr. Katsav had earlier turned down a pre-bargain and opted instead to clear his name. He can appeal, but legal experts say they do not expect the ruling to be overturned.
