One Palestinian was killed and two other injured in an Israeli strike in northern Gaza on Sunday. A statement by the Israel Defence Forces said that its Air Force attacked an alleged terrorist cell planning to launch rockets or mortar bombs at Israel. The Israeli army statement said it will not tolerate any attempt to harm Israeli citizens and soldiers, and will continue to act firmly against terror.Gaza hospital confirmed that one man was killed and two other were wounded, one of whom in critical condition. According to Palestinian reports, Israel Navy attacked a Hamas training facility north of Gaza city.The strike came hours after Israeli aircraft hit targets belonging to Hamas in an overnight raid on the enclave. The Israeli raids were in retaliation for rocket attacks that had been launched from the salient on southern Israel, causing no injuries.
