Israel says it will withhold the bodies of Palestinian militants killed in attacks against its citizens. The statement issued by the Prime minister's office said that the security cabinet has decided that the bodies of militants should be buried, rather than returned. <br/><br/>It said under the new policy, the bodies could be exhumed and handed back for burial if the Palestinian groups are willing to strike deals. Israel's security cabinet made the decision apparently in order to pressure Palestinian groups to return the remains of Israeli soldiers and hand back missing civilians. The move came after the release of mocking videos from the armed wing of Hamas.
