Israel has reprimanded two senior officers over shooting incidents last month that killed four Palestinians in the West Bank. According to Israeli media Haaretz, the chief of Staff of Israeli military Gabi Ashkenazi reprimanded a colonel and a lieutenant colonel. Mr Ashkenazi also removed a first sergeant from his post, saying he could no longer serve as a commander.<br/>Mr Ashkenazi said that the deaths could have been avoided and soldiers could have handled the situation differently.<br/>
