Israel PM to meet PM Modi on 15th January; two leaders to hold delegation level talks: MEA

Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will reach New Delhi tomorrow afternoon on a six-day visit to India. External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will call on Mr Netanyahu on the day of his arrival. The MEA, in a release said, Mr Netanyahu will hold delegation level talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the 15th where the two leaders are expected to discuss entire gamut of bilateral relations. After the talks, the two countries will ink MoUs in different areas. <br/><br/>Earlier, Joint Secretary in the MEA, Dr Bala Bhaskar had said, agriculture and water are the major strategic cooperation areas between the two nations and India will further like to expand the cooperation in these areas. The visiting dignitary will be accorded ceremonial reception at the forecourts of the Rashtrapati Bhawan on 15th January. He will call on President Ram Nath Kovind on the same day. During his tour, Mr Netanyahu will visit Agra, Ahmedabad and Mumbai also.
