The Israeli navy has opened fire on a Palestinian boat off Gaza killing four people. Israel says they were armed militants wearing diving suits on their way to attack Israel. At the moment, it is not clear exactly what happened. The Israeli navy says, it fired at and hit a boat carrying men in diving suits and it believed they were preparing to attack Israel. Hamas officials in Gaza say four bodies have been recovered and two people are missing. Israel controls and occupies the sea of the coast of Gaza despite having withdrawn its forces from the territory in 2005. <br/>
