It also added that the countries agreed to formulate a joint work plan in the areas of water management, agriculture, healthcare and other areas. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In a tweet, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu welcomed the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
