In Iraq, at least nine people including six police personnel were killed in clashes when more than one hundred Islamic State militants launched attack in Mosul on Wednesday.<br/><br/>According to security officials, the militants sneaked into the western Dandan neighborhood where they also captured a mosque.<br/><br/>The US-backed Iraqi forces have been battling the Islamic State group in Mosul since October last year.
