Paramdeep Singh Gill says, Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence Agency ISI is making all-out efforts to revive terrorism in the state by providing funds to radical groups. Talking to the Media in Jalandhar , he said, ultra groups like Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) is being provided with funds through a leading money transfer agency and hawala operation. The DGP claimed that the state police force is capable enough to thwart any evil designs of such forces. He said, as part of modernization of Punjab Police, hi-tech control rooms will be installed in five major cities of the state.<br/>
