Paramdeep Singh Gill says, Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence Agency ISI is making all-out efforts to revive terrorism in the state by providing funds to radical groups. Talking to the Media in Jalandhar , he said, ultra groups like Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) is being provided with funds through a leading money transfer agency and hawala operation. <br/><br/>The DGP claimed that the state police force is capable enough to thwart any evil designs of such forces. He said, as part of modernization of Punjab Police, hi-tech control rooms will be installed in five major cities of the state.<br/>
