In Afghanistan International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) has started equipping Afghan National Security Forces with sophisticated military equipments including aircrafts.The ISAF spokesman General Carsten Jacobson told a press conference in Kabul that equipments worth 2.7 billion dollar will be delivered to the Afghan Security forces till March next year.It will help building up the mobility, communication capability, war skills and fire power of the Afghan Forces.AIR Kabul correspondent reports the United States has already declared its plan to gradually withdraw its troops from Afghanistan by 2014. Many other countries in the NATO coalition have also prepared their draw down plans.In view of this, responsibility of defending Afghanistan and its citizens is likely to fall solely on the Afghan Security forces.The sophisticated equipments and hardware, the Afghan Security Forces are going get, will strengthen them and they will be able to discharge their responsibility more
