Iraq's new Parliament is meeting today for the second time since a March 7 Parliamentary election that produced no clear winner. The new session is intended to pick a new Parliamentary Speaker and two deputies, which is a necessary step in the process of forming a new government.The session is seen significant in order to resolve government formation issue as U.S. troops are due to end their combat operation next month and pull out of country by the end of next year.
