Iraq’s Independent High Electoral Commission has announced that it will declare poll results in 2 days. IHEC member Saad Al Rawi told Iraq’s Alsumaria channel that commission has dealt with 80 percent of political coalitions’ complaints. He said within the IHEC will complete procedures of complaints in order to announce final results of elections. Denying any failure in the data entry electronic system or external control on results, Saad Al Rawi affirmed that political entities may contest results once announced.<br/><br/>IHEC commissioners’ council agreed unanimously not to recount votes manually as demanded by some political parties including coalition of Prime Minister Nouri al Maliki.
