Iraqi crude oil exports hit the highest level in over three decades in August, as the country exported 79.515 million barrels worth over 8.442 billion U.S. dollars.An Oil Ministry spokesman Asim Jihad today said the average crude oil exports in August was 2.565 million barrel per day, with an average selling price of 106 dollars per barrel.Jihad said the level of crude oil exports in the month were the highest in more than 30 years. The country depends on oil revenues for nearly 95 percent of its budget. In 2010, Iraq announced that its proven oil reserves had increased to 143.1 billion barrels.
