Hospital and police officials say the attack struck late night just days into the month of Ramadan. <br/><br/>As families break their fast after sundown, restaurants and cafes in Baghdad quickly fill up. The officials say the bombing targeted a popular ice cream shop in central Baghdad and involved explosives left in a parked car. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity in line with regulations.<br/><br/>The Islamic State militant group claimed responsibility for the attack, which Iraqi officials said involved apparently remotely detonated explosives inside a parked car. Last year, Baghdad was rocked by a huge truck bomb attack that targeted a popular retail district in the city center that killed hundreds of people.<br/>
