Iran and Venezuela have signed 11 agreements during Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez’s visit to Tehran. According to Iranian Fars news agency, the MoU's were signed on Wednesday to promote cooperation in oil, natural gas, textiles, trade and public housing areas. Iran and Venezuela also agreed to form a joint oil shipping company and jointly construct petrochemical plants. Venezuela's state oil company will also participate in the exploitation of Iran's South Pars gas field.
