Iran has announced its decision to hold an international nuclear disarmament conference later this month. The country's top nuclear negotiator said, China will be among the countries attending the conference aimed at promoting nuclear energy for peaceful purposes. Observers believe by holding the conference, Iran is trying to fight a growing consensus on strengthening sanctions against it. <br/><br/>The two-day conference is set to begin on the 17th of this month, four days after the conclusion of an international nuclear security summit being held in Washington.
