Softening his stance on nuclear issue, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has said that Tehran is ready for nuclear cooperation but expects parties to the talks to fulfill their previous obligations. He however said that Iran would not retreat in the least from its nuclear rights.<br/><br/>According to Iranian channel Press TV he told this while addressing the people in the north-eastern city of Mashhad today. Ahmadinejad said Iran welcomes the exchange of fuel, technical cooperation and construction of power plants and reactors and it is prepared to cooperate. He added that Iran was ready to cooperate with other countries in developing its nuclear energy programme as conditions for nuclear cooperation on the international level have been provided.<br/><br/>Meanwhile Iran is due to present its official response to the nuclear fuel deal proposal today to IAEA while IAEA inspectors after finishing inspection of Iran’s newly declared nuclear plant near city of Qom, have left Tehran for Vienna.
