Final preparations are underway in Iran for the start of an operation to load fuel into the nuclear plant in the southern port city of Bushehr. After years of delays, engineers will begin transferring the Russian-supplied fuel into the reactor in what the Iranian officials are calling a milestone in the country's drive to produce its own nuclear energy. Russia is building the plant, supplying the fuel and crucially taking away the nuclear waste.
