Iran rules out talks if sanctions imposed

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has announced that Tehran will not continue to sit down with the West to talk over its nuclear work if new sanctions against Tehran are adopted. According to Iranian channel Press TV, President told this at a news conference in Turkey today. He said that if the US and its allies think they could hold the stick of sanctions, then sit, and negotiate with us, they are seriously mistaken. Adding that the Tehran declaration provided an opportunity for the US government and its allies, he expressed the hope that West will use the opportunity well as opportunities like this will not be repeated again.
