Iranian rescue teams resumed their search today for the passenger plane that disappeared in the Zagros mountains yesterday with 66 people onboard. State television said, around 100 mountaineer rescue workers were deployed today for the search of the plane. It said, the weather had improved and helicopters were now able to take part in the search. The rescue operation was called off last night due to heavy snow and rain.
