Iran has released a French woman held in the country on spying charges. Clotilde Reiss, 24, was arrested on July 1 and was charged with acting against national security. After several trials without conviction, she was put under house arrest in French embassy in Tehran. On Staurday, her lawyer in Iran announced that the young lecturer would be released soon under a sentence close to an acquittal.
