Iran today rejected unfounded accusations by Saad Hariri, who resigned as Lebanon's prime minister citing Tehran's grip on his country and threats to his life.<br/>'<br/>Iranian foreign ministry spokesman Bahram Ghassemi said, Hariri's repetition of unreal and baseless accusations against Iran show that the resignation is designed to create tensions in Lebanon and in the region.<br/>
