Iran reiterate readiness to begin talks on nuclear programme

Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki has reiterated Tehran's readiness to begin negotiations on its nuclear programme. Mr. Mottaki said yesterday that they are ready to resume talks today. The parties are currently holding consultations about where they will be held, presumably, it will be in Geneva, but the final decision on the venue and the date for the talks has not yet been taken. Mr. Mottaki said, they agreed during the talks with the EU High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy, Catherine Ashton, to hold talks on nuclear programme after November 10.
