Iran's permanent envoy to the UN Mohammad Khazaei has said the country is ready for talks on nuclear issue without any precondition. According to Iranian news agency ISNA, Khazaei told this in the annual meeting of the United Nations Disarmament Commission (UNDC). He said that the only way to achieve sustainable security is the equal rights for all nations of the world without resorting to force on the issue. Iran and the P5+1 last met in Istanbul where they discussed Iran's nuclear issue and its package of proposals.
