<br/>Iran’s head of Atomic energy organization Ali Akbar Salehi has said that the organization has proposed the plan to build new nuclear facilities. The head of Iran energy organization told ILNA news agency that organization will finalize plan to construct one or two nuclear facilities. He said that the new facilities would be spread in different parts of the country and will be constructed according to president Ahmadinejad’s approval.<br/><br/>Salehi underlined that planning for nuclear facility construction is among the policies of the government to promote nuclear science in the country and locations of facilities will be announced after further evaluations. The latest announcement has come amid stepped up efforts by the US and other countries to rally international support for imposing tougher sanctions against Iran.
