An Iranian court has ordered the release of the two US nationals who were in jail in Iran on spying charges. Iran’s official news agency IRNA quoting Iranian Judiciary said the Tehran Province Appeal Court has agreed with the transformation of the temporary arrest verdict of the two Americans to a 5-billion-Iranian rials bail.Three American nationals,- Sarah Shourd, Shane Michael Bauer and Josh Fattal were arrested in July 2009 for alleged illegal entry into Iranian soil. They were later convicted on spying charges. Shourd was released in September 2010 on a 5,000-million-rials bail and returned to the US. The two other arrested Americans were sentenced to a total of 16 years in jail on a verdict by the primary court while Shourd’s case is still open in the court.
