Iran has officially notified the International Atomic Energy Agency of its nuclear fuel swap declaration with Turkey and Brazil, signed recently in Tehran.The envoys from Iran, Turkey and Brazil handed over the letter during a closed-door meeting with the IAEA chief Yukiya Amano.Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said in Tehran today that Iran expects the Vienna Group to consider Tehran Deceleration with positive approach. Speaking to reporters, he said Iran is determined to fully implement the Tehran Declaration and strongly opposes any obstacles in process of putting it into practice. Mehmanparast said that Iran agreed to fuel swap to win confidence of the international community but the other party declared that they have deceived Iran aiming to postpone Iranian nuclear activities. PDP welcomes PM’s offer to hold talks over Kashmir issuePDP has welcomed Prime Minister's offer to hold talks with all groups in Jammu and Kashmir. PDP president Mehbooba Mufti told reporters in Srinagar that the separatists should take advantage of the offer and present their viewpoint for resolution of the Kashmir issue.She was reacting to Dr.Manmohan Singh's statement during a press conference in New Delhi that his government is ready to hold talks with all groups in the state which are outside the political mainstream, provided they shun violence. She said, Prime Minister is serious about talks.
