Iran's Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki has said that his country is close to reaching a deal with the world powers on sending Iran's low enriched uranium abroad in return for nuclear fuel. Speaking at a Security Conference in Germany, Mr Mottaki said that the conditions existed for an exchange in the not too distant future. He said, Iran however should decide how much uranium it would send abroad.
