Iran defers release of US women detained a year ago

Iran has put off the planned release of an American woman detained near the border with Iraq more than a year ago. Earlier the Iranian authorities said Sharah Shourd would be released for the Id holiday. A prosecutor said her release has been called off because legal procedures in the case have not been completed. Sharah Shourd was arrested in July last year with two Americans men near the Iraq border on accused of spying.
