Iran criticizes Islamabad for failure to strangle flow of terrorists

The Deputy Chairman of the Iranian Parliament Committee on National Security and Foreign Policy, Hossein Ebrahimi admonished Islamabad for its failure to strangle the flow of terrorists, suspected of receiving military training inside Pakistan. According to Iranian semi official channel PressTV, Ebrahimi said that there are some elements within the Pakistani government that back the terrorists, a weakness that the county has not yet managed to address adequately. He advised Pakistani government that it would be better for the government of Pakistan to demonstrate a semblance of authority and power vis-a-vis the terrorists and spare no effort to stop them, because otherwise grave consequences would threaten the country itself. The warning of Ebrahimi has come after the terrorist attack in Chabahar in Iran on Wednesday. At least 39 people, including women and children, were killed and 83 wounded in the blast, which was claimed by Pakistani-based terror group Jundallah.
