Yuvraj Singh was bought for the highest amount of 16 crore rupees by Delhi Daredevils in the IPL-8 player auction today. Dinesh Karthik got the second highest bidding by Royal Challengers for 10.5 crore rupees. Delhi Daredevils also roped in Angelo Mathews for 7.5 crore rupees while Zaheer Khan and K.K. Jiyaz, went for 4 crore rupees each. Sunrisers offered 3.8 crore rupees for Trent Boult while Amit Mishra was bought by Delhi Daredevils for 3.5 crore rupees. Aaron Finch was grabbed by Mumbai Indians for 3.2 crore rupees.
