The Income Tax Department has searched the premises of companies associated with the Indian Premier League (IPL). The searches have been made in the wake of allegations that telecasting agency Multi Screen Media (MSM) had paid a facilitation fee of 80 million dollars to marketing agency World Sports Group(WSG).<br/> <br/>The searches which started on Wednesday morning were on in the office premises of MSM and WSG and the organising agency, International Management Group.<br/> <br/>WSG had said in a statement on Tuesday that it had done no wrong and would take appropriate action to uphold its reputation.<br/>
