IPL: Gujarat Lions confirm playoff berth with 6-wicket win over MI<br/>

In IPL Cricket, Gujarat Lions defeated Mumbai Indians by 6 wickets last night to book a place in the play-offs and knock the defending champions out of the tournament. Batting first at Kanpur, Mumbai made 172 for 8 riding on Nitish Rana&apos;s 36-ball 70. In reply, Suresh Raina played a captain&apos;s knock once again leading Gujarat to victory with 13 balls to spare and 6 wickets in hand. He made 58 sharing a 96-run 2nd wicket stand with Brendon McCullum. Dwayne Smith and Ravindra Jadeja&apos;s 51-run partnership in the end made sure that Gujarat enters the play-offs and guarantees itself a top-two finish in its debut season.Sunrisers Hyderabad had, earlier, made it to the play-offs.The remaining two berths will be decided today. In the first game, Hyderabad will take on Kolkata Knight Riders at 4 PM in Kolkata. Kolkata will have to win to seal a play-offs berth. In the other match of the day, which will be the final round-robin fixture, Royal Challengers Bangalore will meet Delhi Daredevils in Raipur at 8 PM. It is a do-or-die game for both the teams.The play-offs begin on Tuesday.
