The Indian Premier League Governing Council today made it clear that the second phase of the Twenty20 league will be held in the country in two different parts.The first part will be played from 1st to 16th May, while the second part will be played from May 17the May to 1st June.Seven venues namely Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kochi, Cuttack, Vishakhapatnam and Hyderabad have been finalised while three other venues – Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai – are awaiting clearance from the respective city police commissioners.The sources also said a total of 20 matches will be played in the first phase of the seventh edition IPL from 16th to 30th Next month in the United Arab Emirates.
