IPL: Delhi Daredevils beat Royal Challangers Bangalore by 37 runs

In the IPL match played at Firozshah Kotla stadium in Delhi, Dare Daredevils defeated Royal Challangers Bangalore by 37 runs.Earlier the host Delhi Daredevils after winning the toss elected to bat first and set a victory target of 185 runs for Royal Challengers Bangalore. Paul Collingwood blasted an unbeaten 75 of 46-ball to guide Delhi Daredevils to a competitive 184 for five. The hosts then put up a disciplined bowling performance to restrict Bangalore to 147 for nine and moved one place up to the second spot in points tally. For Bangalore team Jacques Kallis made 54 runs. In another match at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata, Kings Eleven Punjab defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by eight wickets with ten balls to spare.Electing to bat, the Kolkata team made 200 for three in their 20 overs. The Punjab team surpassed the target of 201 by making 204 for two in 18.2 overs. While Jayawardene remained unbeaten on 110, Yuvraj Singh was not out on 33. Today Deccan Chargers take on Rajasthan Royalsin Nagpur.In Sony Ericsson Open tennis tournament, the duo of Leander Paes and Lukas Dlouhy have clinched the doubles title. The final of the ATP World Tour Masters 1000 event saw estranged partners Paes and Bhupathi pitted against each other. The Indo-Czech duo of Paes and Dlouhy got past the Indo-Belarussian combination of Mahesh Bhupathi and Max Mirnyi in straight sets 6-2, 7-5. It is the maiden ATP doubles' title of the season for the third-seeded Paes and Dlouhy.
