IPL: DD defeat KKR by 40 runs

In the Indian Premier League cricket tournament today Delhi Daredevils defeated with Kolkata Knight Riders by 40 runs at Firozeshah Kotla grounds in New Delhi. Electing to bat after winning the toss Delhi Daredavils scored 177 runs for 4 wickets in a keenly watched match. After winning the toss and elected to bat DD's D A warner hit nine 4s and five 6s and made highest 107 runs. He remained not out. He was ably assisted by Collingwood who made 53 runs off 45 balls with two 6s and three 4s. They stayed on the crease and smartly added runs after runs. D A Warner made century off 66 balls.They more than made up the non-performance of Captain Gautam Gambhir who could barely score one run in the match.Delhi Daredavils made 100 runs in 11.3 overs off 72 balls.
