In IPL Cricket, Punjab Kings beat Delhi Capitals by 31 runs at the Arun Jaitley stadium in Delhi yesterday.

Put into bat, Punjab Kings posted 167 for seven in stipulated 20 overs riding on Prabhsimran Singh's 103 runs . For Delhi, Ishant Sharma took wickets. Chasing target, Delhi could only score 136 runs for the loss of eight wickets in 20 overs. David Warner topped score with 54 runs. Punjab's Harpreet Brar registered a four-wicket haul. Prabhsimran Singh was adjudged player of the match for hitting his maiden IPL century.

In the first match at Hyderabad yesterday, Lucknow Super Giants defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by seven wickets. Opting to bat first, Hyderabad made 182 for six. In reply, Lucknow Super Giants overhauled the target for the loss of three wickets in 19.2 overs.

In today's fixtures, Rajasthan Royals will lock horns with Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur at 3:30 pm while Chennai Super Kings will take on Kolkata Knight Riders at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai at 7:30 pm Indian Time.
